Kuwait Departure Bumped
In true Army fashion they've changed the day we're leaving from Saturday to this Thursday. I'm trying to run around and do all the last minute things I might need so this will probably be my last post before I head out. As soon as I get some sort of internet access again I'll update everyone on my address and other news.
I'm actually excited to get moving and meet up with my unit. It should be an entertaining flight with over 200 soldiers crammed into that plane for 15+ hours. No doubt there will be some fun stories to tell. I'll see you all soon!

I can still use that name, right? I have been checking back frequently,since I finally learned how to find and use this site, but haven't noticed any activity lately. I am so glad I checked today. Grandma told me of your departure last night when we cookled dinner for Lori's big 4-0. She wants to go to the VFW on Saturday. It's hard to keep her away from the booze. Maybe we will toast one for you.
I have been thinking of you and your parents a lot lately. You know, we really do have an awsome family, even with Meaghan. (just kidding) I will try to keep you posted mof any other family embarrassments while you are away.

We will be anxiously waiting to hear from you, but you know that you will be in our thoughts. If there are any items that you need mailed, such as crunchy peanut butter....., just let us know the brand and we will do our best to get it in the mail.

jenn isnt sure if she can still call you this but I know I always will.... I am so sorry I have not written sooner, this is the first time I have been able to use the site. I sent you an email earlier this week at your yahoo site. If you get a chance please check it hun. Thank you so much for taking the time to keep us updated with what is going on. I cant even tell you how much it means to me as I am sure the rest of the family feels the same way. I wish you all the safety in the world and I will be thinking of you night and day as I have been for the last three months.
